I like the way this one is focused in the center but blurs out without making you dizzy, and the colors are great too. But those numbers and the little target signs... I don't see the purpose and find them awkward and distracting.

I like your horizon and the setup with the boat. I really like your colors, especially at the top of the frame. The red gets grainy down on the bottom right side and there is a bit of a glow around the top of the sail. Can you see any of the boat in the original? If so you might want to try to bring out just a hint of the shape to give the black water a little variation
