Grainy treatment is nice, but take care with the exposure on her skin.
Model has fair skin and her skin seems to glow a little too much.
A tighter crop around her face and shoulders would be better - giving it a more sensual look. Just my opinion tho.

Never been a fan of softfocus and this picture isn´t going to change that, I personally would have liked this heaps better if it were pristine sharp and crystal clear. Also to nitpick, I didn´t open this in photoshop to verify the histogram but big parts of her arms seem to have blown out highlights, especially her left forearm and shoulder. Gave this a 6 dispite my issues with softfocus, I like her expression and pose.
