Oh no! not another wall of bricks! Just kidding ;) I think perhaps even more saturation could have given it a bit more punch. Not a bad effort though.

"Oklahoma" is a nice fit into the Country Life challenge. Looks like something you might see on a country calendar.

I can defiantly see that you were able to capture the wide open sky. The blueness is very nice and fills the frame. I like your include of the windmill, it really makes the barn look small from this perspective. Excellent wide open spaces shot. I think this was a harder category, but at least you placed in the upper half. The only thing I would even suggest if possible try to take the shot from a lower angle giving that huge sky even more power in the shot.

"Would i?" is an extremely interesting piece in the abstract challenge, I had no idea exactly what it was. After reading your comments I can see the eye and get the title but during the challenge I completely miss it.

This is defiantly an abstract piece. It is almost haunting and enchanting at the same time trying to figure out the image. I am not quit sure what I would recommend because it is so unusual and I am sure you use the blur on purpose to enhance the subject. Maybe crop the image down and make it tighter for the subject to be the complete focus. Good out of the box thinking.

Nice composition here with attention to thirds and framing, lovely warm red and yellow tones in the grasses below. Try using a smaller aperture to bring the tree more in focus, using a tripod if needed for the longer shutter speed. It's not quite soft enough for creative depth of field, yet not sharp enough to be fluid if that makes any sense. Also, I would prefer to see more of the grasses and the base of the tree instead of being cut off at the bottom of the photo. Just a little more downward camera angle would do the trick. -Just my little nit-picks in a really nice photo. Keep it up!

Your subject has conflicting elements! What I mean is I think the subject is the wind mill, maybe the barn but on the right is half a bush competing with the subject.
