yes, just did it in PS and bringing down teh yellow makes the slabs stand out and draws your eye, instead of it just wandering everywhere

I kinda like it, i do not like the white house though, it seems to white compared to the rest fo the building, almost as though it is brand new and plunked there. it is had been over proccessed where all the details stand out bar the slabs, it would be better if it wasnt so bright and full of colour. there is too much impact. do a hue sat on the yellows and tone down the yellow and it makes it so much more dramitic.

Ya know, I love Micheal Mann's cool tone style as well, funny you mention it, like the contrast here, it really has pop, I was just photographing this building recently.
