Judithby esdarbyComment by Brigid: First; I have a thing for the artistic quality and the spirits in graveyards. There is a great deal of characte, emotionsr and personality in this picture. Very well done. |

Judithby esdarbyComment by madison461: A very emotional invoking photo. Nice use of tones and shadows. I would have liked a different angle so that the headstones in the background didn't appear to be surrounding the seated person's head. |

Judithby esdarbyComment by twm122: How sad but a great image. Coloring for this is awesome and exactly what it needs. Nice sharpness and contrast. |

Judithby esdarbyComment by ShutterPug: angled a little too much in my opinion. The sentiment of loss of family would have been portrayed better if the stone were not from generations so far removed (stone reads 1868-1904). The deceased and the young person would not have any ties other than a distant relative they never met. |

Judithby esdarbyComment by Jutilda: The angle is a bit confusing. I like the sepia and the contrast. |

Judithby esdarbyComment by TobyF: I like this a lot...the slight color line through the clouds distracts me from the subject. 7 |

Circle of Fireby esdarbyComment by Caltrop: For this contest everyone who has the word âcircleâ in their title is getting a lower score. This is a copy and paste version that I am including in every photo that I downgrade due to the title. We as members of DPchallenge know the topic of the challenge â we do not need to reread the topic every time we reach a photo. If circle is in the title and it is appropriate I will most likely not down grade, but it better be good. I am sorry if you do not agree with my method of protest â but scores are all I have. |

Knightby esdarbyComment by sher: good colors, lighting and choice of subject. i think i would prefer to see it from a slightly lower perspective, though. |
