	Mini Boats by docruss Comment by docruss: Thanks for the comments. This effect was achieved in Photoshop using gradient masks and the Lens Blur filter. These are full-sized boats. The actual photo was taken on the Amstel river in Amsterdam, and yes, those are lock in the background.
