Into the Nightby cools98Comment by Simonjw: Awesome, so pleased to see another star trails exposure. I only wished the trails were longer. Foreground reference makes this image. Cheers. |

Into the Nightby cools98Comment by JunieMoon: Don't know how long you kept your shutter open, but it needed more time to better capture the stars and their movement. I know one person that set their shutter on bulb, left it open when they went to bed, and came out five hours later. That was a really awesome image. |

Barrier of Times Pastby cools98Comment by DustDevil: From the Critique Club
I like the composition. The way the fence trails off. Definately reminds me of the southwest (where I live). I think the fence blends in too much with the surroundings. It sort of gets lost. I like the B/W but I think you could have used a little dodge and burning to make the photo a bit better. I know dodging and burning is over used at DPC. But I find you could have done it sublty enough most would have never known you use it. |

Into the Nightby cools98Comment by notonline: I like how the foreground is in focus but the sky leaves a lot to be desired. It looks like its been worked in photoshop rather then a natural occurance. I say this because the radius looks off but that could be because of the resize. Good luck in this challenge. <6> |
