Looks like a baptism we did in Khazaksthan in 50 degree temperature. This must be something simular to be dressed this way on an obviously cold day. Great photo of the people. Love the colors, the focus, the cropping the composition, but wouldn't know it was about milk without the title. I believe to fit the challenge it must show the challenge without the title. The best I could give it would be a 4.

it doesn't look like the construction has reached the height where this sign is necessary yet - which makes the photo even more funny ;-)

if there is nothing 'up' then i would have added more sky to the photo to highlight this humorous aspect of the composition.

Nice idea however the sky is a bit too bright for my liking. Also, there isn't much to look at through the portal - although in some ways that could work well. Focus is quite good on the rocks and water.

Nice place you've found here. I think a higher angle, showing more of the other side, might have been more effective, maybe to where the waterline is fully halfway up the "portal." Still, nice shot.
