The Unheardby AntithesisComment by PTLParsons: That looks like "Help" to me. I read lips. Neat idea. Sure is different and well done. I especially like your build in border. Good job. |

The Unheardby AntithesisComment by Bullwinkle: Ghastly by George! Creative talent here which gets big kudos from this corner. I like the texture rippled glass and the shadowed body openings. Even more dramatic harsh shadows, a more hellish red and gritty beat up smokey frame could further accentuate your terrific idea. Make it Dantes inferno. Good luck. |

The Unheardby AntithesisComment by DougPaz: Neat shot, very haunting. It seems like the focus on the square is a bit off especially on the left. Good job. |

OMG!! Caution: Above!!!by AntithesisComment by teachme53: I have been teaching photography for over 15 years and have critiqued thousands of pictures in competitions and student work. After studying your photograph and the information provided I need to ask...Are you sure you shot this picture at F4.0? An F stop of this size will normally give you a very shallow depth of field. Your photograph has great depth of field which usually indicates an F stop of F22 or higher. Back to the picture...Not being able to read the sign the image intrigued me to look at the whole picture to see what it might be saying. The picture has many lines going in all directions, which is disturbing to the eye. In this case there is just to much going on and all the construction work distracts from the sign. Yet, you need the constuction to explain the sign. So basically you were caught between a rock and a hard spot. The color, focus, and angle all work for you,and you deserved the score if not even higher. Keep up the good work. John Gill |
