I feel this image too is way underrated. Granted the scene it depicts is rather "snapshotty" (well, heck, you took it from a parking lot) but the weather effect is great due to all the distortions. And rather than the image being depressing, it has a playful, fun appearance. I really liked it!

This is such a cool image. Of all the pictures i have seen so far, it describes "weather" the best. I love all the distortions and i just FEEL this rotten weather and this storm right here at my monitor. Good choice to do this image in B&W as it underscores the nasty weather. With your title, I would expect this to be a dark, brooding image. Instead, these are happy colors on a white background. the image says one thing and the title another. I'm supposing you took the picture first and then tried to think of a title?
