A great moment has been captured in this pic. However, I think, the angle could have been better. The mike is a necessary element but it covers too much face. I would also have left a bit more space to the right.

It looks like the highlights on the bottom are a little too vibrant. Don't know what you could have done about that though, since this is an Open Challenge.

Shame this is overexposed. It rarely works when the eyes are near the edge of the frame looking out of it, it leads the viewer's eye out of the shot and makes the left of the shot redundant. Microphones in the way of faces are also best avoided... how about a couple of steps to the left so the microphone is not obscuring his mouth?

A tight head shot doesn't work for me in this challenge. A good photo though. Good lighting and focus is excellent.
