Good title.
Shot seems OOF, ie the birds are not as sharp as they could be. I recently had the same problem. Some said if I was using a zoom and was on the end of the zoom I really should use a tripod, no matter how steady I can hand hold. This will produce dramatically sharper images. I went and recomposed the same shot and they were correct.

I love avians.. the burned out back of the far left bird, and maybe the others to will be very difficult to prevent and must be considered in scoring. i hope you are not getting voted down for it as it really is such a gopod pic.
