You'll definitely want to read up on how to compress and size images properly. The quality here is horrific at best, I'm afraid. The image is only 3k when the site allows images up to 150k. Check out the tutorials on the site to learn how to maximize the quality. This could have been a pretty good shot with a little TLC :)

I would have liked to see what this image looked like when it was 640 pixels in width and more in focus. I think that would also improve viewers response to it.

Your image is too small. It has bad JPEG artifacts. The sunset is blown-out. It looks as if you had taken it with a handy camera. Your image lacks quality. The link to the challenge is weak, but at least the other sunsets look good. 3.
