On The Bridgeby james_soComment by saracat: Love this! The background color is a perfect match for the subject. The lighting is quite beautiful, and the composition of the whole thing is exquisite. |

On The Bridgeby james_soComment by mycelium: Your picture and mine have similar compositional problems: the focal plane is too low in the frame. It's a tough problem to deal with when using a shallow DOF; in this case, the obvious and necessary focal plane is on the white knobs, and in order to raise them in the frame, you'd have to change your angle so much that the picture wouldn't be the same at all. I ran into those same issues. |

Day12by james_soComment by UNTITLED: Great photo of these dogs playing. I really like the reflection on the sand. It would of been tough to do with these fast moving subjects, but did you take any from a lower angle with a tighter crop.
I like the 30 day study idea you got going. |
