for a silhoueete to be sucessful, the object in shadow needs to have a crisp sharp outline. The shutter speed needed to be faster in this photo to get that steady outline, rather than this little touch of motion.
If this had been advance editting, the little orange streak would have to have been cloed out - because you weren't allowed to clone, i wonder - was it something flying through the sky? Could you have waited for it to pass and then make another attempt? I really like the sky gradient.

I don´t know what to say really but the lack of focus REALLY hurts this image, I like the idea though but not the outcome. Also seems you need a faster shutterspeed as the shoes don´t appear to be completely stopped. I gave it a 3 as it at least is on topic.

Also, I like the shadows on top of the milk. That is what really made the pic come together.

Could have done better as a portrait though as others said.
