Initial=a little funny
Composition=unusual, although the sidewalk actually creates some interesting diagonals.
Clarity (focus, details)=maybe was out of focus and then oversharpened?
Exposure=Perhaps over exposed, or colors oversaturated
Interesting or Emotive=only for a short while.
