The girls are dark and blurry, and the highlights are blown in the background. It would fare better without the guy in the picture and if the girls were in focus, in my opinion.

Would be nice if the swimmer were more prominent in the shot while at the same time maintaining the vastness of the body of water. This is another shot where I think the connection to the challenge is pretty nebulous. If the swimmer were coming up on the shore or if the shot showed some sort of victory or triumph I think it would be nicer. Will does not equal triumph. Plenty of people have lots of will and still fail in the end.
