i love minimalistic photos such as this. this was done very well. i think that the colors go very well together, and that the contrasts from the dark tress to the bright, vibrant blue is great.

only thing i would have probably done is maybe dodge the hightlights/midtones of those clouds a little. that would make them pop, but on the other hand you have that taking away from the minimalistic feel of the entire image, so either way, this is great.

i guess what i'm trying to say is that this photo was greatly underrated, and should have scored higher. but. that being said, you should definitely be proud of this image, and it's a fine addition to an already fantastic portfolio :) great job

Nice blue...i'm curious about the faint square inside the circle. I guess you darkened it on purpose, so they wouldn't be apparent?

Very cool! Love the line leading to the circle, the textures and colours are also great. I can't tell if I am looking down at a drain in the floor or up to a hole in the ceiling......oh, now I can see faint grid lines inside the circle, I am guessing this is a drain. If you had flipped the image the line/crack in the floor would make it look like the circle was a swinging pendulum (but that's physics, right?). In any case, I love this and am giving it a 10 and it's going in my favourites.

I like your DOF and colors. maybe...exposure up a little to bring out the darker background at right adn some of the branch detail. - wouldn't matter cause you lost the highlights in top left already.
