red and greenby margiemuComment by spencerwood: Just not quite as sharp in the centre of the flower head as it could be. This might have just been because of the image size reduction to 640 for the entry - always worth doing one final USM before submission and I think this would have helped here. Nicely balanced colours though |

waitingby margiemuComment by LalliSig: Congrats on the ribbon, the 70-200 bokeh is always beautiful, if you haven´t alreay come to the same conclusion I would experiment with a bigger aperture, I think this shot would have looked even better taken at f4 or even f2.8. |
