mother and childby margiemuComment by wsteyn: I think you may have included too much fore-ground. What does it look like when you crop just below the first deer? |

mother and childby margiemuComment by Alain: This is a nice picture, I'm just afraid that this will be voted down because of the size, you should use the 640 pixels that we are allowed to use in challenges. |

Mud Roadby margiemuComment by greigner: I'm sure you've already gotten a lot of comments on how small this is. Great scenery though. 4. |

Mud Roadby margiemuComment by Falc: Flat light has tricked the camera into over exposing this. You could have had deep rich greens and browns instead itsd washed out all the colour.
If you haven't already done so go and buy a hand held light meter to double check what the camera has decided is the 'best exposure'. Use it to work out what the actual exposure should be based on the thing (mud in this case) which is the main subject and not on the overall ambient light. |

Mud Roadby margiemuComment by agenkin: It's hard to understand that this is a road from your shot. I think that you should have included more of the road in the bottom of the frame, so that the viewer could understand that it was interrupted by this puddle. Also, try not to compose so dead-on. |
