Nice - I like the composition and how the strands of lights form a sort of screen between you and all the people walking there. I don't know if those pillars are actually gray, but if so the white balance looks a little too yellow/green.

The foreground contrasts work really well here, i like the silhouetted figures too. For me, there is a strong argument for a panoramic crop at the lower cloud level. Good luck
