Good one. The clarity of the oil dripping is really well done. I wonder if you'd be able to appreciate it more with a white background?? The yellow makes a nice vivid contrast to the black.

There's something about this lovely, spare image that I find very appealing. The contrasting textures of the two subjects are very effectively shown. The lighting is beautiful. But I think it's the composition and the bold crop that I like best. 8

Nice work on the composition. Lighting is OK, but could be a little more dynamic, particularly on the close tree. There is not enough of a distinction between the tree in the background and the foreground tree.
