Extremely elegant kind of noir black and white. While Jeeves (is that really his name?) fusses about in the corner, I (the viewer) feel sinister, as if I'm up to no good, to say the least. It's a real pleasure to be drawn into the image this way, almost against my will. The lighting plays a starring role. The composition is excellent. A sophisticated piece of stagecraft.
