I can understand the reaction to the blue. this was taken 15 miles away - 7 image vert pano - for some reason that filter helped the skyline itself pop. This was done an hour prior to golden hour sadly (no other choice). I should have used a gradient to bring the green trees up a notch to contrast better.

Perhaps because when I took a similar image (with my phone, from behind the dirty glass), everything was yellowish I reacted to the blue tonality.
