I think the subject (batter) is a bit too centered in the frame and the lines of the field seem to cut the shot in half. I think it would be better if the batter were in the lower right quadrant of the frame with more visible crowd. |

I would say crop closer to the main action, but your picture already looks pixelated, so I guess you already had to enlarge this crop. |
