The unusual thing in the picture is that the child has 4 upper front teeth and only two lowers.. usually the lowers emerge before the uppers.. just an observation.. the picture is very pleasing and the childs expression is convincing.. I would have liked it more in color.. I tend to associate childhood with colorful stuff :) 6
