'why must we pay to drink' - I think it's probably the cost from getting it from point 'A' to point 'B'. And for filtering out all the bad stuff we put in it. Also, it's not everywhere. Where I live (which is not really 'Unknown'), it rains an average of 4 inches a year. Anyway, I like your photo. I'm wondering if you actually used a flash or had some extra lighting? Maybe something added in photoshop? I'll go with an 8 and wonder why somebody asked for validation. Strange to me.
