What in the world? It almost looks like a Christmas piece for a arctic train set. I think I see an iced Santa with a hat on in the center and a walrus at the top. Cool pic.

This must be the most famous lighthouse in the world right now! Your choice of split tone is a good one - works well, as does the inclusion of the seagulls. A bit of noise reduction in the sky only might be worth considering - and a little less sharpening.
