03 - Gone Fishingby VitaminBComment by Yo_Spiff: The hard contrast b/w was a good choice. In the original, my eye is drawn to the low contrast details of the men in the boat. Now I am seeing the textures and details of the water, the boat, and it's reflection. I may have cropped it more off center, but that's a preference thing. 03 - Gone Fishingby VitaminBComment by jomari: I like both versions, which are totally different in mood. I do like the vertical crop, and you have really broght out the details of the fishing equipment. In b&w the texture of the water is much more noticeable. |

As for the ISO...I know exactly what you mean. I spent an entire day with ISO 1000 on a sunny day at the zoo. |
