I'm scoring this low for the following reasons: I don't like inverted images, I can tell from the highlights the exposure would be to dark in the positive, and its very small.

the flash gives this otherwise cute photo a very harsh look. the eyes seem a little 'lifeless', but thats probably just the angle, and i'm sorry, but i dont really see the leading lines here. sorry, but i'm gonna have to give you a 4.

This shot is quite flat probably because of the flash on the camera. Next time try not using the flash and using existing light (preferably window light but electric lights will work also if placed in imaginative spots and you set your white balance properly) Also, your subject is not in the most appealing of poses and the crop looks quite awkward. Shooting pets and not having it look like a snap shot is a task that takes much patience and trial and error...
