The Bridgeby CEJComment by e301: An evidently interesting structure and location - I'm not wholly convinced that you've really found a way into the 'heart' of it with your image. Without knowing details and your options, this point of view makes for quite confused viewing: the lines made by the tops of the trees and the hillside, the river, the island, and the foreground trees all work against allowing the simplicity of the structure to stand out. The deep rust colour is interesting, but just not dominant enough in this framing I think. |

The Bridgeby CEJComment by persimon: I just can't find anything striking about this image. I think the composition would beneifit greatly if you could have gotten closer to the subject to draw out the patterns and colors in the rust or the abstract way the beams and bolts look at an angle. |

# 48by CEJComment by rox_rox: Chris, this is really good! It's like an architectural quilt, sewn together with interesting shapes and textures. It's a perfect subject and composition for duotone; in full color it might be too busy. Love the address on the door. It's "Classic". Awesome job. |

# 48by CEJComment by SandyP: I loved this one Chris! I love the blues, the feel, the "natural grunge" like Germaine said :) Great job! |

# 48by CEJComment by Germaine: What a collection of lines and geometric shapes with some natural grunge thrown in. I'm sorry I didn't vote on this one. |

# 48by CEJComment by erling: Refreshing duotone after a long session of rating black-and-whites. |
