imo this doesnt really seem like a nude shot and the main focal point of the shot is the jewelry rather than the body.

I have to say that the title totally ruined this for me...I hate the word "bling", there is something so immature and "cheap" about it...maybe this was your intent? This really seems to be more about the belly jewel than "nudity".
