The title would tell us that it's salt and the bright contrast with the colour of the battery would have given you a lot of composition freedom and options |

A Salt & Batteryby mandyturnerComment by Younger: What a great idea! The harsh lighting adds strength to the pun but detracts from the photo quality - imho. Maybe that bit of distracting salt(?) in the background should have been removed or brought into focus. |

PINKby mandyturnerComment by backslash: Nice focus of light on her eye. A little more light a her other eye would have helped. May be moving the candle more towards the center and out of frame would have given more light to both eyes with less on her right eye. The candle and flame are too distracting. |
