Meets the challenge pretty well I do do however feel that your DOF is too shallow. It's not often I say this but I also think your photo needs to be a little more busy. While it may be a good shot and fits the challenge it lacks enough deatails and to make this photo interseting the lone plant is not enough to carry hte shot by itself. Not a bad shot it just lacks punch.

I looked and looked for a "Q" but wasn't able to find one. It might just be me, but it looks a little like the ground is in focus, but the plant is a little fuzzy.

The subject is not very sharp leading you to think that the background was the more important aspect.... yet it is not in focus either. There is nothing that really stands out...

Center compostion of a subject doesnt work most of the time, might had cropped tighter on the left side, other than that the image is just ok for me............4
