I like the winding path, but for me, I feel it continues on to yet another peaceful, winding turn instead of a dead end. I also wonder how this would look with a bit more saturation and brightness - to help the fall colors "pop" a bit more.

Pretty colors, but lacks a definite subject. My eyes are drawn to the barn, because it's bright red and in an otherwise "empty" part of the photo, but then they get pulled down to the trees at the bottom because there are just so many of them. I think if this shot were composed a bit differently, it would work. I do like your attempt to do something out of the ordinary by shooting a landscape vertically, though.

This doesn't seem to be a dead end as it looks like the road curves at the wires instead of stopping. The wire is distracting, but I like the soft focus and colors.

I think this picture says the opposite of "dead end": the road seems to keep going in both directions. Having said that, the framing is great: the road seems to keep going in both directions. It wraps neatly around the picture, leading straight into the fall colors. I like the colors and using the tree on the right.
