The crop is a little too "perfec fit" for me. I assume that this was painted with light, but it needs to be a little more evened out. I can see a lot of noise that neat image could have corrected a bit also. The angle the photo was taken at suits the subject well.

Sorry to be negative, but I feel this is too editted. The colours seem unnatural to me... if the sky was that dark, why is the sea so bright? Also your editting has left an outline on the dog's underside. In terms of compostion I like it though - would be interested to see the original.
