	Sorry little bee - this Poppy's closed for the night by ShutterPug Comment by darnok: Nice capture. From the look of the eyes this looks more like some sort of fly (maybe a hover fly) than a bee. The insect could be sharper, I don't know if this is a focus issue or if you cropped the image too much. The image could also use some more contrast.

	Fireweed blossom by ShutterPug Comment by darnok: The colours are nice, but I would suggest a tighter composition to bring more attention to the subject. You could also open up the aperture to blur the background some more (if possible). The image is a little too flat for my tastes, I would up the contrast with a curves adjustment.
