Snow on pineby ShutterPugComment by patio127: Is your snow melting- not sure where Big Lake is...really nice macro, lovely focus on the snow granules and sweet bokeh. |

Turtle dinnerby ShutterPugComment by hajeka: Soup must be healthy with such food! (What a wonderful name for a turtle). You should join the "A Month of Cooking" challenge next month. This looks great! (Didn't see the live worms yet) |

from the backsideby ShutterPugComment by hajeka: For some unknown reason, I hate spiders inside, don't have any problem with them outside. And they are, as here, nice models. |

Dodgeby ShutterPugComment by hajeka: Nice emblem. Would do great for some kind of logo (perhaps it is). Just don't have any idea of what the original size of this is. |

grindby ShutterPugComment by slaakso: I can imagine the Pugs are not happy with the noise but is is certainly better then the cutting. Nice macro of the Dremel with Pug nail dust. The background really sets this off. |

earthwormby ShutterPugComment by JMart: I think you should win an award and it should be called the Close & Gross Award. Wonderful captures of this rather large specimen with fantastic DOF & sharpness. |

from the backsideby ShutterPugComment by JMart: OK, you have WAY too many spiders. There's some funny distortion perhaps from the container, but it's still very effective. Fascinating patterns and those long legs are very creepy. |

Spidieby ShutterPugComment by ShutterPug: Originally posted by Caroline69: Ok: cold air = no spider (or at least slower ones). Since I live in Canada, I should be OK. I like how sharp its eyes are and the nice DOF. But what's that white thing on the right of its head? |
This little spider was caught inside, but placed outside into the cold air to slow it down. The white speck on it's head is a speck of snow that melted as it hit his head. :P
Since I am in Alaska, I doubt I am much warmer than you in Canada....beware of the tiny spiders. mwahahahaha |
