The shot doesn't really jump at me, maybe if the cropping was a little tighter, too much space around the stack and it was reflecting even more. A 4 for now

This is a rather different subject. I see its connection to light and the light usage is good, makes use of the nature of the tarp. Colors have a nice contrast (wish they were a bit more vivid) and the focus is good. Unfortunately, I don't find the subject very interesting and that lack of influence does affect my voting. I think its a technically sound image, but a little boring. 6

Subject isn't very interesting to me and the fact that it is dead center takes away from it. Perhaps shooting from a different angle would have made this more appealing. Some fairly interesting wrinkles in the material - so I think you are on to something here, but just not interesting enough, at least for me.

The lighting is a bit harsh, but the symmetrical composition works well. The Andie\'s banner provides a needed contrast to the rectangles so prevalent in the image.

Maybe a trim at the bottom ....too many lines going on. That or backing up to show more of the street. Not too bad, just a little oof but I like the black and white here.
