Mixed feelings here on this shot.
Angle seems a bit extreme for the point of view, yet adds something in it's own way.
Not sure she was really needed in the shot to give perspective, as she seems to become a major focal point in the shot.
Bringing the brightness down a bit and the contrst up may help as the saturation levels seem a bit faded.
Then again, maybe I have no idea what I am talking about - just my opinion.
What's important to you really is the bottom line.

I don't think the person in this picture adds anything to it, the way she is shown. Since it isn't clear what she is doing it pulls your attention away from the building which should be the subject of the photograph.
