Interesting effect. Looks more like a graphic than an image. I'll be curious to learn more about how you did this after the challenge is over. Honestly, I'm not sure if I like it in this context (photo challenge) as it seems a bit over the top. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.

Far to much noise in the picture. I dont know if that was intetional, but its not working for me. Many photo editing tools have features to remove unvanted noise.

I like this a lot, but I would've loved it with a more interesting color scheme to the water and sky - this could be achieved with Adjustments - Selective Color in Photoshop - just adjust the neutrals to be more cyan and blue.
