Beautiful colors and tones in this shot, The red channel seems a bit oversaturated, you may want to bring this back a bit. IMO, I would also crop out the upper 1/3 of the photo where there is no color or anything of interest. I think this will make the photo more powerful overall.

You've got some great light for this shot. Soft, no harsh shadows, even from the hat. He does get a bit lost against the tree though, because of the similar tones of the hat and tree. I keep wanting to cover up the yellow wall on the left as it drags my eye away from the focus.
