Beautiful capture. :)

Feels a little bit blotchy in the low frequencies, try looking at the image shrunk down a little bit to see it better. I think a few minutes work brushing in some brightness/contrast adjustments would help make it feel a little more natural to me.

I don't entirely agree with the title as there's something about the sky that conveys motion and possibly even an impending storm, but that's just the feeling I get from the photo. Well done.
