I like this kind of garbage. One that took thought, creativity and a bit of effort. There is meaning in the shot (even if it's just set up). Definately garbage. Your focus and clarity are great. Angle and framing/cropping are good. My only complaint is a small one. I almost wish that there wasn't so much bag in the bottom right corner. Otherwise, this is a great shot.
