I think the moment captured is interesting, but a few things hurt the image. I think the very strong grain doesn't contribute positively; the coloration and lens flare also detract some.

I like this. It probably would've been a 7 from me. I like how it fulfills the challenge. I like the sense of stillness it has even though everything is really in motion.

I enjoy your street photos a lot. The soft focus alone isn't necessarily a bad thing (though it probably cost you some votes on this uber-sharp-focused forum), but the blown highlights on the shoe and behind the garbage can distract me from this man's face. I hope you'll keep getting out there and shooting - I too enjoy street photography and appreciate just how difficult it is!

Maybe you should have called this "Stop"? Lots of red happening here which seems to indicate that. I would have loved to see the bus more to the right so that it appeared to be in front of the cop rather than directly behind it. That would have made this juxtapose more interesting, IMO.
