Not to be rude but it appears the baby feet were added hoping to get the cute factor? Your image could be brighter and needs some contrast adjustment. I would have maybe used the entire baby with a rock in the background or something, your cropping is a little tight also, maybe bigger less centered would have been better....check out some of the images that have the flowers with rocks or the waterfall. You attempted to use some creativity but was probably rushed. Better luck next time.
