This is really beautiful. I have always envisioned taking a photo like this one, just never have been able to pull it off. I fear that you'll get hit for the lighting choices you made here, but I still think it's a beautiful shot!

I dunno, really. It's a blue ceilling...Never seen that before. It's an out of focus light. It's a wall in need of repairs. It's a blown out pair of windows (overexposed). I really can't give this a high score.
Reasons: Out of focus light, bad composition with no subject, overexposed windows.
I don't want to be mean, but I know you can do better.

Nice comtemporary feel to this and a good eye to pick this shot out of a mundane (for most casual observers) setting. How did this look in B/W? It's almost there already with the subject material... Good luck in the challenge.
