natural in limestoneby p2jvrComment by alien2thisworld: Meets the challenge well. Maybe a little sharpening could bring out some interesting details in the rock. I'd also be interested to see a closer shot with some rock patterns and maybe a branch or moss pattern too. |

Moonriverby p2jvrComment by Jutilda: I like the idea of this. I wish the trees weren't so orange. The sky is incriedible and the shimmer from the back to the front of the image is very pleasing. You could almost crop out about 2 inches off of the bottom and the orangy trees on the right, and then zoom in, and it would really have impact for me. |

Moonriverby p2jvrComment by Tammer: I think with less grain and less of the orange light, I would have scored this higher. |

Moonriverby p2jvrComment by tate: This image is absolutely beautiful ... it does, however, suffer from confusing light sources and too much noise (the tree in the forground looks like either a flash or car lights are on it - if the moon were the only llight source it might be more effective).Allowing the camera to sit on a tri-pod and keeping a low ISO would give better results (I'm making assumptions of course about the way it was shot -but I'm just trying to help. Good luck. |
