Very beautiful. I like how the light beams stream through the trees. The mist on the water adds a magical and mystical feel to the image. My critique is that the attention should stay focused on the main subject which is the light streaming through the trees. There is too much empty space on the right hand side of the image that does little or nothing to compliment the image - to my eyes, it draws attention away from the main subject.

The only thing that took my attention away from your subject was the jet trail above the tree... try cloning that out. Otherwise nice shot!!!
