The noise is so bad that it almost looks like a special effect. That actually almost helps the image, though, since it doesn't seem all that interesting, otherwise.

Be careful using some of the artistic filters on the challenges. Many people don't receive them too well. I think that you have chosen one that fits with the photo you have taken. I like how the light in the center has made a bright star.

It looks like you used a fresco filtor or watercolor filter..and I like it a lot! it gives it the look of a watercolor painting or fresco, the sky is good.. this is very creative and that one light shining on the car gives a good sense of mood..8. You will get comments about using a filter, I have used one in the past for effect and not had good reception in voting, but just go with your creativity.
